Remote Support
Step 1
Contact BlueTeddy to ensure they are ready to receive your Remote Support request.
Step 2
Once BlueTeddy is ready to receive your Remote Support, please click here.
A window will appear asking you what to do, click the "Run" option:
If you receive a security warning, please click the "Run" option again:
Step 3
The Remote Support will connect automatically, and we will be able to assist you.
Step 4
Once the remote support is complete the program will close and we will no longer have access to your computer.
You can close the Remote Support request at any time by right-clicking on the teddy icon next to your clock (bottom-right of your screen) and clicking the EXIT option.
