Office closure during the Christmas period

BlueTeddy's office will be closed for new work from Friday 11th of December and re-opening at 9am on Monday 11th January.   During this time we will be completing work already supplied to us, any new work will be scheduled for January. We wish you and your staff a safe and happy festive season and look forward to working with you in the New Year.

Access to support

For support over the holiday period, we will be will be periodically checking emails, you can send us any questions or concerns to info@blueteddy.com.au.

Urgent Work:

If you have urgent work during our leave, for example a new brochure for January, please send it through to us by email and we will do our best to complete it quickly.

Updating your Website yourself:

If you have our Webitor (Website Editor) installed on your website you have the ability to edit and change your website yourself. We've made some changes over the past year which should make editing your website a very easy experience. Below are the steps to follow to edit your website through Webitor:

• Go to your website
• Click the "Webitor" link at the bottom of the page
• Enter your password and click "Login"
• Your website will load with a tool bar along the left
• Your website is now unlocked and ready for you to make changes.
• If it is your first time, we suggest starting small by just changing some text...
• Click the big green "save" button at any stage and your changes will be live on the Internet.
• And don't worry about making mistakes, you can simply exit from Webitor and not save your changes.
  Big Oopsy? We also keep backup versions of your website so if you accidentally save a mistake we can restore the page to its original state.
